Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of residential and mixed-use developments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: architects, engineers, contractors
- Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Report to Chief Development Officer with regular updates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in real estate or construction project management
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools
- PMP certification is a plus
